Dear readers, greetings! Today, we will talk about how it is possible to open new doors for Bangladesh with skilled human resources.
What is skilled human resources?
Skilled human resources refer to those individuals or workers who have acquired the knowledge, skills, training, and experience required for a specific job or profession.
Words of wisdom:
Nelson Mandela,”Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. “
Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam,”A nation’s best resource is its human resource. “
Why is it so important?
Skilled human resources are extremely important for Bangladesh, as they are the key to the country’s economic development, social progress, and survival in global competition.
What needs to be done for this?
- Building a quality and realistic education system.2)Expansion of technical and vocational education.3)Increased use of information and technology.4)Assistance in creating entrepreneurs.5)To develop the skills of workers.
- My Proposal:-Our country is a populous and developing country. Therefore, if this large population can be transformed into skilled resources, then that will be the greatest force for development. For this requires technology-based education, technical training and work-oriented initiatives. So, friends, let’s open new doors for Bangladesh by creating skilled resources. Give your opinion. Thank you.
- ———————-THE END—————————–
What a compelling and well-articulated post! Your vision for transforming Bangladesh’s population into a skilled workforce is both inspiring and practical. I particularly resonate with your point about expanding technical and vocational education, as it equips individuals with hands-on skills that are in high demand. The quotes from Mandela and Kalam perfectly capture the essence of education and human resources as drivers of change. I’d love to hear your thoughts on how we can make these training programs more accessible to rural communities, as inclusivity could amplify their impact. Thank you for sparking such an important conversation—let’s keep pushing for a skilled Bangladesh!
Dear friend Nazrul,
To make hands-on technical training programs more accessible to rural communities, the following strategies can be adopted:–
1. Establish training centers locally.
2. Launching mobile training units.
For example, providing training from one place to another through mobile vans or buses.
3.Free training opportunities through NGO.
4.Separate initiatives for women and the third gender.
5.Creating employment opportunities after training. Example :-Sewing machines distributed after women completed sewing training.etc.
It’s my opinion.
Thanks.
